It is our firm belief that it is impossible for Retail Solutions to develop many of the new applications in this field without active customer participation. While some of these insights may come from ad-hoc discussions with a single customer, we have also created several environments where customers can share ideas, knowledge and thoughts with each other.
Retail Solutions holds its annual Customer Advisory Meetings in multiple locations across America. These free events, generally lasting one day, provide an opportunity for customers to get a glimpse into Retail Solutions roadmap, discuss our R&D priorities, review case studies and real-life success stories, presented by their peers and discuss best practices in the field of Retail Execution Management.
Retail Solutions holds over 10 User Groups a year in locations such Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; and Bentonville, AR.
Each user group, generally lasting half a day, focuses on one or several case study presented by Retail Solutions customers. These meetings are free and exclusively reserved to our customers. They are designed to be interactive to foster brainstorm, encourage the sharing of best practices and provide a hands-on, tangible perspective on how to realize the benefits of Retail Execution Management using downstream data.
