Karl Waldman
Vice President, Customer Operations
Karl Waldman is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Retail Solutions.
Karl has 24 years of experience in building and delivering decision support systems for business and military applications. Karl previously was at i2 technologies where he served in a variety of roles including; running the CPG consulting practice, founding the Retail consulting group and leading key engagements.
Karl was also cofounder of OAT Systems, a premier RFID company. While at OAT he served in a number of roles including; Board Member, President and VP of Services helping clients such as Gillette, HP, Tesco and Roche get value from RFID. OAT Systems was acquired by Checkpoint Systems at a 10X multiple to revenue.
Prior to i2 and OAT, Karl spent 10 years as a developer at BBN Technologies; helping clients such as DARPA, Admiralty Research, NATO, IBM and Chase Manhattan make better decisions thru the use of data analytics and real-time software applications.
Karl holds an EMBA and BS Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Mechical Engineering from Catholic University in Washington DC.
