Jonathan Golovin, Ph.D. - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jonathan Golovin (Jon) is the Chairman, CEO and co-founder of Retail Solutions. Previously, Dr. Jonathan Golovin was the founder and Chairman of Consilium Inc., the largest independent Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) company (now Applied Materials). Jon is considered the father of MES and was awarded the 2000 SEMI Award for his contributions. Consilium’s list of customers included the majority of the large semiconductor companies such as Intel, Hitachi, AMD, Hyundai, just to name a few, as well as many of the largest pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott Laboratories. Jon is also the founder and former CEO of Vigilance, the leading event management system.

Richard Swan, Ph.D. - Chief Technical Officer

Dr. Richard Swan is the CTO and co-founder of Retail Solutions. Immediately prior to forming Retail Solutions, Richard was Technical Director for Auto-ID at SAP. At SAP, Richard formed and led the team that established SAP as an early leader in responding to the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) opportunity. Prior to SAP, Richard led Digital Equipment Corporation’s (now HP’s) Western Research Laboratory and created DEC’s Network Systems Laboratory. Earlier in his career, Richard was Vice President of VLSI Test Systems at Megatest Corporation (now Teradyne) where he lead the development of an industry leading "tester-per-pin" architecture system adopted by leading semiconductor companies, including IBM and Texas Instruments.

Peter Rieman - Executive Vice President

Peter Rieman is Executive Vice President and co-founder of Retail Solutions. He has 20 years of management experience in the communications and computer software markets. Peter started his career at the strategy practice of BCG, continued it at Granger Associates (now Alcatel America), and later worked with Jon and Shantha at Consilium (now Applied Materials) where he was division Vice President with responsibility for the semiconductor and electronics division.

Shantha Mohan, Ph.D. - Senior Vice President, Engineering

Dr. Shantha Mohan is the Senior Vice President, responsible for Engineering, and co-founder of Retail Solutions. Shantha has more than 20 years of experience in operations management and software development and management, focusing on mission-critical systems to support semiconductor and other high value manufacturing. At Consilium (now Applied Materials), Shantha managed the development of three generations of MES systems: mission-critical, highly scalable and highly available systems utilized by companies such as HP, GE, Intel, Kodak, DuPont, and Siemens.

Cedric Guyot - General Manager, Europe and Vice President, Marketing

Cedric Guyot is the General Manager, Europe and the Vice President of Marketing at Retail Solutions. Immediately prior to joining Retail Solutions, Cedric was Vice President, Strategy and Marketing at Agentrics (formerly GNX). Cedric was directly involved in the creation of GNX, helping build the company from the ground up to a global solution and technology provider for several hundred retailers and consumer goods companies across all five continents. At Agentrics, Cedric was responsible for determining the company's strategy and direction, formulating and implementing its marketing plan and organizing its global community to enable customers to share best practices. Prior to Agentrics, Cedric was Director, Special Projects at Carrefour, the world's second largest retailer.

Jared Schrieber - Vice President, Products and Services

Jared Schrieber is the Vice President, Products and Services at Retail Solutions. Jared has 15 years of experience in retail management, supply chain operations and analytic software development. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, Jared led marketing strategy, development and consulting for manufacturing supply chain and RFID solutions at Teradata. Jared also managed logistics planning, optimization and decision support functions for Intel and developed software solutions as an independent consultant to UPS and Reebok.

Alex Hase - Vice President of Sales, North America

Alex Hase is the Vice President of Sales, North America at Retail Solutions. Alex has been in software sales and sales management for over 15 years. Alex previously was the Vice President of Sales for SupplyScape Corporation, a leading Software-as-a-Service company focused on supply chain solutions for the drug industry.

Prior to SupplyScape, he helped drive the growth of Octagon Research Solutions, a provider of regulatory, clinical information management, process, information technology products and services to the life sciences industry.

Karl Waldman - Vice President, Customer Operations

Karl Waldman is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Retail Solutions. Karl has 24 years of experience in building and delivering decision support systems for business and military applications. Karl previously was at i2 technologies where he served in a variety of roles including; running the CPG consulting practice, founding the Retail consulting group and leading key engagements.

Karl was also cofounder of OAT Systems, a premier RFID company. While at OAT he served in a number of roles including; Board Member, President and VP of Services helping clients such as Gillette, HP, Tesco and Roche get value from RFID. OAT Systems was acquired by Checkpoint Systems at a 10X multiple to revenue.

David Sun - Managing Director, China

David Wei Sun is the Managing Director, China at Retail Solutions, Inc, responsible for building Retail Solutions operations in China. David has 10 years of experience in retail management, supply chain operations, analytic and event management field. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, David was the senior project manager and architect at Arzoon (Part of SSA Global. Inc), where he architected, designed and integrated the exception management engine into Arzoon's Supply chain process management and Logistics Resource Management solutions.
